New Diamond Setup...good?

Ok so I've done quite a bit of research on this forum and you guys have helped me out so much, so thanks!

So what do you guys think of getting this:

Diamond Audio D3 500.4 (http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=19462) Amp
