i installed my dinan high low intake today , and my check engine light came on. Anyone know why its on and what to do about it ?

You probably goofed something up. Check all your connections and make sure things are tight. You didn't drop-kick the MAF, did you?

scanning your code may help. My guess goes to the maf too. DME reset may be needed since your throwing more air (supposably) in your engine. :dunno:

But I didn't have to do that even with headers and that does alot more than a simple intake.

definitely scan it and see what code it is. Then go from there :)
