Ordered Wilwood BBK from UUC Motorwerks 7/20. Asked to have kit to be shipped on 8/9 because I was on a business trip overseas until then. Since I've been back, I had called UUC three times about whats holding up shipping. Was only told that brackets needed to be sent out for heat treatment. Shouldn't it be sent out almost immediately after I had ordered it in July? But no big deal, I can wait a bit longer. Still though, there is only so long a customer is willing to wait. I don't think it is unreasonable to expect UUC to be a bit more proactive in their communciation with their customer when such a major delay is expected. Hope I'll get a confirmed ship date this week.
