Description: "This is one of my 3 inch valves temproarily installed on my friends 51 Chevy truck. Motor is a 4200 vortec motor with turbo sitting on one of my billet steel cnc turbo manifolds."

The damn thing replaces a part of the charge piping like an MAF replaces charge piping. Pretty crazy. It probably works better than normal BOVs because it let's all air going back to the turbo escape (I assume because when it works it's like a piece of charge pipe falling off), rather than hoping all the air can escape through a little hole through the side of a charge pipe the way most BOVs are routed. :hmm:

Fuel injection is Megasquirt. I make these valves and have been trying to get some video for a while. My buddy just got his truck boosted and the Megasquirt guys were having a dyno day so we put one on his truck to get some video of it working.

Yep! The pipes slide into both ends of the valve and are sealed with O rings and secured with set screws. Ports are all the way around the 3 inch diameter and are .5 inch wide so there ain't much can match it for flow.

How much you charging for one of those bad boys? Sounds like there needs to be more R&D to make sure the seal is 100% secure though. Have you tested the psi on the seal? Does it beat 100psi?

You get a gold star! Lol!
I tested it with an air compressor at 100 psi and nothing blew out so I figured I was past anything most people would run. As long as the are installed on a decent piece of pipe (not on a cut bend) thay seem to work fine. I've sold lots of these valves and the only thing I ever did as far as warranty was send a guy some new O rings which are 20 cents a piece. I usually sell them for $200 but to be honest I spend most of my time making the CNC'd Billet manifolds so I haven't really pushed these. I just thought you guys might get a kick out of it.
