you want to use something like this
http://e30.mit.edu/images/2006-06-12%20Assembly%20Custom%20Tranny%20Mount%20+%20Radiators/IMG_8426.jpg

grease the teeth so the metal shavings stick to the grease and clean it off often. punch the center so the bit doesnt slide around. it isnt pleasant but it gets the job done. this is how i did it anyways.

then flush some oil through with the plug open to wash any extra shaving out the drain plug. id replace the first oil filter after a few miles just to be safe

oh and be careful the pump is right behind where u want to drill, so once u get it started, remove the center drill bit part so u dont kill ur pump (youll see what i mean)

good luck

not at the moment but over the weekend i redid my oil lines in stainless steel, anodized fittings, and aftermarket guage adapter. i took lots of pics. im gonna take a quick one of the lower fitting you want to see (although i did not switch this out)

i will try and post pics, parts p/n and price list soon

make sure to use nice fresh crush washers, and i used rtv although a friend told me he thinks that rtv hurts more than helps when you already are using crush washers

sorry it took me so long. i had to get my sister to upload the pics, i hate doing that sht

not pretty but i dont know what else to replace it with, as there are no threads or anything on the tm12, so a hose +clamp seems to be the only option?

in the first pic you can see one of two small screws that hold the plate with the receiving threads for the big banjo bolt. i had an oil leak and i think i fixed it, but if there are any lingering drops i may have to revisit this fitting

sorry for the crappy pics, not easy to aim the cam when im just shoving it up there

p.s. you obviously need to place the plate for the banjo bolt at the flattest part of the pan. i ground one of the fins down a little to make sure it was as flat as possible.
