I think yes but you really can't add more boost due to the auto tranny.

you can't safely add more boost due to you having an auto tranny but the intercooler will help significantly on track days especially in high heat. i have an intercooler on my s/c to keep temps down to where they should be under normal conditions. it's a smart safe measure

I live in Bangkok, Thailand.

The average temp is around 35-41 C degree (so hot).

What should I do? Water Injection or Intercooler, which is the best way?

Both if you can but I'd go with the intercooler since it is less of a hassle.

Hello,

Let me see if i can clear up a few of these questions for you.

We have a few customers with automatic E46 330's running our full level 2 kit such as JNFIV. We also have a few customers who opted to upgrade to the intercooler but no boost.

So yes it can be done. It is also true that the automatic cars have weaker transmissions than the manual cars. We have not had an issue yet and actually have a few cars running strong for a few years, however we would like everyone to know that there is a risk.

Could you please, explain the result of the Stage II upgraded kit? And which parts is included in the set?

If you are going from level 1 to level 2 these are the components that you would be installing or upgrading to.

Intercooler
Piping (hose clamps, etc)
Software Upgrade
Pulley

The software and pulley would go hand in hand to raise the boost level. The intercooler and piping need to be installed to cool the extra boost although a few customers hav upgraded the intercooler and piping while keeping the level 1 pulley (boost).

Let me know if you have any questions.
