Yes, you can use an iPod charger to charge this. As long as the iPod charger isn't for the really really really old iPod. I believe the first iPods used firewire cables instead of USB. But strongly doubt many people have that old of an iPod charger. I'm actually selling this for my sister. She left her iPhone here when she came back home from college for the weekend. She ended buying a new phone when she got back to school, so she doesn't need this anymore. But that's also why I don't have the accessories, since she left those at her school.

Yes, this phone will work on T-mobile, since this phone is unlocked. iPhones normally do not come unlocked when you buy them brand new, so they would have to be unlocked to be used on T-mobile. This phone has already been unlocked, so you can use it on T-mobile without having to do anything extra.

These are the clearest pics I was able to get with my 4MP camera. On the back of the phone, it's actually not dark above the apple symbol, it just looks like that in the picture.
