Both subwoofers are brand new. Klipsch box was opened to inspect everything, the Cadence box was never even opened (its double boxed inside so there was no point of opening it). I have a Cadence myself in my living room and it is a beast. I bought this second one to put in my bonus room but I changed my mind, its just overkill. I bought the sub after doing lots of research on the home theater forums, if you go over to avforum there is a lot of talk about this sub, it is known as one of the best subs under $500.
Klipsch Sub-12:
-these go USED on ebay for $330-360 + shipping, and sell everywhere (including online) for $500. I am looking to get $375 and don't forget it is BRAND NEW.
Cadence CSX-15:
-These go brand new for $400 (can only buy it direct), I am looking for $365obo. Again, this sub is brand new in its sealed box.
I cannot ship the cadence as the box weighs almost 100 lbs, but I CAN ship the Klipsch (should be about $50 though to ship it).
