came out of not so old Gateway computer. on the cover it says AMD Phenom X4 64 and ATI Radeon Video card with Windows VISTA. Wasn't my computer. Parting it out. story goes.. power supply went bad, when i replaced the power supply, a chip on themother board went smoking up. it was farrrr away from the CPU. I have no real specs for some of these but it is relatively new.
