I'm looking at turboing my ZHP and realized that i have a Greddy e-manage laying around from one of my old turbo hondas... This made me wonder has anyone ever tried it on a BMW? It would solve my biggest hurdle in my never ending quest for more power.

Check out bimmer forums .com in the FI section Just search E-manage or something of the sort. Several threads were created getting the E-man blue and the Ultimate working on both OBD1 and OBD2 E36 cars. With that knowledge you should be able to apply it towards the E46.

Those threads will help you "install" it. "get it working" won't be in the vocabulary though.

I got mine working. But, the fact that I am now using an AEM EMS will keep me from arguing your point.

e36bmer what kind of problems did you have?
