Amazing Kill! Reminds me of what Chris says all the time the HPF cars make much more power than what they're corrected dynos show. You did 670rwhp corrected but seems like you're making more than that. I also know some may say that the Stage 2.5 makes only 40-60rwhp more than the Stage 2 but what many forget is the additional torque, you're making close to 100rwtq more than Stage 2 when running race+meth(550trq corrected) and I think that made a huge difference in how you pulled on the Ford GT. Btw, How cold was it at night during those runs?

Even though the Stage 2 on Race/Meth makes the same peak whp as the Stage 2.5 does on Pump/Meth, the 2.5 car is faster due to the shape of the torque curve.

I couldn't agree more! :D You made 612rwhp with 535rwtq on pump+meth vs. Stage 2's making the same rwhp but with 450-470rwtq. That up to a 85rwtq difference right there and changes the entire nature of how hard the car pulls. The Stage 2.5s and up are massive torque monsters especially given a 3.2L Inline 6 making it all. Keep up the good times. :thumbsup:

Thanks for all the great comments, it's taken me forever to get past the GT. Mark is very cool, he's always up for doing test runs. He's waiting for the next generation Whipple Supercharger to come out, if he puts that on his car I'm afraid I'll have to get stage 3 to keep up with him. :)

Right on......his FGT certainly is a very nice piece of work. That certainly explains why he didn't seem to be worried about your hpf car at all. Are there any other fast cars in your area that want a piece of you? It's got to be harder and harder to find competition as you progress through the stages

It is getting harder to find cars that make an interesting race. I have posted on a few other forums recently looking for some local Supra's and hope to find a new ZR1 soon. I'm sure I'll end up biting off more than I can chew, but it's fun to shock people that don't know what I have.

o lord, i remember chris saying your 60-130 times are quicker than a R1? thats just insane! i cant wait until i get outta school and get me one of these kits :woot:

your car is so clean and simple, but unbelievable at the same time, loving the wheels, but if u end up going stg3 ur gonna need some wider rears right?

ahhaha.. I feel ya there. Just with stage 1, I was whoopin on cars left and right to the point where I was picky about which cars I want to risk getting more than a ticket for. Bikes were fun for a while... the Zx10R is really fast though. Once I get my stage 2.5 back its a rematch with him. Have fun n be safe.... you've got a beast there.
