Well after doing 20+ rear subframes, we're getting to the point where our efficiency is pretty high.
Here's our latest creation. The BMW rear subframe hoist and cradle. :) As a few of you already know that have tried to do this yourself, it is a real pain to safely get the subframe out of the car. This portable, rollable subframe jack allows us to simply disconnect it and drop it out of the car. Then we can install new bushings while the subframe is on the jack and raise it back in after we've welded up HPF reinforcement plates on the car. This saves us quite a bit of time and allows us to provide crazy low group buy prices on doing subframe reinforcements and bushings for our customers. It also makes it much safer for our technicians. :)
