I have a black Zune 30 in pristine condition. One of the things i love about it is the case it comes in, its impossible to scratch it and if you do, just rub it and the scratch disappears. The screen however is scratchable which is why i put on a screen protector on when i got it. This would be nice for someone who likes more space for their music/video/etc. Comes with everything except for the headphones. Also, there's the 14 day trial zune pass which i never used.
