No CARB legal SC
I know, had my car smogged and now have to get my SC installed again.
Something that has been whispered over time is that VFE had been trying to get a CARB approval but not sure if that has been dropped off all together because of testing costs. Either way it's not smog legal as of now.

Sounds like the vendor is undercutting the retailer's price with direct sales. Better to set margins & pricing so that vendor and retail partners can sell at the same price.

Good point, that didn't even occur to me.
I looked around and this deal is all over the internet, and retail partners are selling at the same price -- the stage 1 in satin finish, and not always for the newest vehicles.

Vf, I would be interested but firstly need you to answer the following truthfully.
1. Is this sale due to the liquidation, or lack of financial performance from your organisation? My concern around this would for obvious reasons be around the warranty.
2. Is your warranty international?
3. The Dyno graphs for the e46 330 on your website are gifs which do not link to actual dyno images, what are the real numbers?
4. Will the Stage 2 kit ever be released?
5. What is the cost of shipping to Victoria, Australia?
6. Why does this kit not come with an intercooler option?
Answer all of these, and you may have a deal! :)

IMHO, these guys need to do a better job managing their posts. They can't just put up a post and abandon ship and expect to get sales.
Answers = Sales and so far I haven't seen too many answers to peoples questions.
FWIW, I would've probably bought one awhile ago if they had answered my questions.

Yeah but sort of defeats the purpose of advertising it on the web where generally you want to give out as much info as possible so you don't get swamped with callers all asking the same redundant questions, hence taking up more time out of the day. I call this ineffective advertising and follow through.
Also with the internet age, people are wanting answers yesterday. Maybe they should setup a twitter account? haha. ;)
