Hi guys :hi:

I am selling my HP nw8240 notebook that I no longer use anymore. I have a new notebook and I kept this for a bit because I really like it, but I have decided to sell it.

Just a little info about this computer:

-Processor: Intel Pentium M 760 (2.0 GHz)
-Chipset: Intel 915PM (533 MHz FSB)
-Graphics: ATI Mobility FireGL V5000 128 MB GDDR3
-Screen: 15.4" WSXGA+ (1920x1200)
-Memory: 1024MB RAM
-Hard Drive: 60 GB 7200 rpm
-Dimensions (HxWxD): 1.1 (at front) x 14.0 x 10.2 in (28 (at front) x 355 x 259 mm)
-Weight (with weightsaver): 5.8 lb (2.63 kg)
-Networking: Gigabit Ethernet, WLAN b/g
-3 USB 2.0 Ports, 1 Firewire port

Overall, this is a fantastic notebook. It's sleek, fairly lightweight, great performance, amazing screen resolution, etc.

Here are some reviews for the notebook:

There is one problem with this notebook. The left speaker no longer functions, and the right speaker has a lot of static when things are being played at higher volumes. As long as you have a pair of headphones or earbuds, everything will be great! :woot:

I am also not including the Hard Drive because I will be transferring it to another notebook.

The original price for this notebook was ~3100 dollars, but of course I am looking for nothing near that price.

This computer is great for anybody that is just looking to surf the net, watch movies, use for school/work, etc... It is very versatile and is suitable for MANY applications.

PM me some offers, guys. I'll get some pics up soon.

Thanks :)

Here are the pics (sorry, my notebook has some dust and the light makes it look dirty):

I would also like to point a few things out.

-In the second picture, you can see that the left click button shows some wear. It still works perfectly (as does the track pad).

-In the third picture you can see some imperfections on the lid. The big one is some glue left over from a sticker that was on there. All the other little specs are from glue drops or paint I believe. All of this should come off with some Goo Gone or some other type of glue removing agent.

I am asking for 300 dollars. Thanks, guys. :)
