We hadn't planned on shipping stage 2.5, 3 or 4 turbo systems to shops until quite recently when the demand for these stages required us to do so. As such we didn't have the fuel system or the exhaust system production ready. Production ready to us means we can simply place a purchase order for a part we designed and it shows up at our door a short time later.

We changed some vendors recently to improve the product quality on a few of our products and this new exhaust system was built by the new vendor that now produces all of our exhaust systems. They have done a great job with quality control and everything always fits perfectly without requiring modification. We also changed vendors of some of the components of our fuel systems to improve lead times and pricing. I'll have pictures of the full stage 3-4 fuel system next week.

Here are a couple pictures of the final production stage 3 and 4 exhaust system. This exhaust is a full 4" turbo back exhaust that splits into two 3" pipes for the rear section. The tips are titanium and the entire exhaust uses stainless V-band flanges and clamps for easy assembly and leak free operation.

You get the one in the picture. :) It is the most impressive stage 3-4 exhaust we've made to date. This is how they're all going to look from now on.

We certainly could offer it as an option to stage 1 to 2.5 customers.

Chris.

Aww you're making me feel bad about hacking it up for the wastegate. :4ngie:

What's the sound level going to be like with that? Bare-able for long drives and daily driving?? Or is it a case of "no officer, this exhaust is only on for a shot!"

Please don't hack anything. The tune is designed for the parts in the kit. Everything is bolt on.

I've driven it on plenty of long drives and never been pulled over. You can pretty much watch any of my videos, and that's what it sounds like. It is definitely quieter than running an open exhaust on a supercharged M3. However, when you're full throttle, it sounds louder than a jet on takeoff if you're anywhere near it. If your in the car next to it, it will cause ringing in your ears for a couple days. A lot of that loudness comes from the open wastegate though which only opens when you're at full throttle and boost is limited.

Chris you guys should have 2 option on the kit. 1. Open waste gate to the the air 2 . closed loop wast gate to the exhaust.
