That's a nice system man. I have an 80GB PS3 also backwards compatible to all PS2 games that I put on here a couple of days ago and ppl are offering way below $200 if that :banghead:

Just watch out, your setup is worth well over $300 like you said so stick with that range ;)

I think it is a WD but I added a 7200rpm, it improves the game booting speed.
make sure to back up the data, the PS3 has a built in memory for the system information, so whne you remove the hard drive it does not fup the PS3.
you take it out from the top 2-3 screws very easy.
