Hmmm... just when I think I'm set on an AA kit....

So TS2+, ESS blower cams, AA headers, borla exhaust... I wonder what kind of rwhp numbers that will give me....

If it's around the 360-380rwhp numbers that I'm told I could hit with the C38/cams/headers/exhaust but with more low end grunt... this may be the new way to go!

The ESS TS is capable of 410+WHP, but we do not recommend running more than 8.5PSI and 330-340whp on a stock M54B30 on pump fuel. If you aim higher it is a must in our opinion to reduce compression ratio using our forged TS3 pistons or similar.

I wouldn't be running more than 8.5psi of boost...

I'm just curious as to what kind of power I could make with that level of boost.

with 8.5PSI and cams/headers you are looking at ~330whp on pump 93.

What kind of numbers will the TS2 make on a 2.5?

Or run C16 all the time. :str8pimpi

I was asking if they did dyno any 325's with TS2 and if yes, how much whp did they put down.

So when you say this is specifically for the 325/330/ZHP, does that imply the TS kit is significantly different from the M54 to the M52TU? What differences are there besides the software?

Asbjorn@ESS

M52TU kits differ a bit in the hardware. It uses a different SC intake elbow with cable holder for the throttle + different pulley setup and software.

And myself, being limited by cast M52TU pistons, can attest to the quality of the TS2 :)

Hey Asbjorn! It's been awhile since I've checked in here.

Say, can I have some sort of rebate on my TS2? After all, it's only been in my car for about 50,000 miles!

:)

kidding. you guys rock.

I'm new to this. I recently sold my M3 and am now using my 2003 325i as a daily driver. The HP sucks and was thinking of doing something to increase the HP. I looked at the site but as I'm new to this, coould someone point me to where to find the dyno on a 03 325i (auto) ? Thanks in advance.
