soo, my brother has an E36 M3 with an AA supercharger. he's been having overheating issues with it. Turns out, the supercharger has been puttin pressure into the cooling system, and turns out, this is a common problem when doing any forced induction on a NA motor. has anyone else here had this issue and is there any way of correcting this without having to remove the supercharger. Another reason why I'm asking is because when I eventually turbo my car, i dont want to run into these types of problems

it's called "head lift", "blown head gasket", "warped head", ect. to asses the exact situation. Ultimately, the same process is taken to fix the issue.
Remove head, surface head, install head with new head gasket.
It usually happens due to excessive boost pressures, but other causes include misfire, detonation. Excessive heat can also cause this, if the coolant overheats, it sometimes warps the head, and naturally blows the headgasket, it could technically be due to low coolant.
A properly tuned setup in a well maintained engine should not experience this.

.....removing the supercharger will be by far the easiest task

I have worked on and seen many with kits from AA and others. It isn't the "norm" by any means. Even if the charger was removed the damage was done and will need to be repaired. Best to bring it to a shop that knows how to deal with a modded BMW and they can check the head gasket seal and repair if needed. Feel free to contact me on the side if needed. Many times a slight tweeking of the tune will be needed for "your" car. Sometimes a simple plug change or gap can have a world of effect. Beyond fixing the problem you need to know why. Removing it isn't answering why. I would replace the hed bolts with studs for a better sealing job and the bolts streching is the cause of 90% of gasket seal failers in FI BMW's
