:hi:

I decided to sell my Nikon 55-200mm VR I have again. The lens honestly is like brand new and in mint condition. I only took like 50 shots MAX with it or even a lot less. The lens has had a Hoya HMC UV filter on it since day one. I bought it from Ritz Camera New on 5/11/2009 and it will come with original box, hood, dust bag, papers, Ritz Camera Receipt and the HOYA HMC UV filter ($30). I'm asking 200 + shipping. Just got a speeding ticket and trying ease the fees:banghead:

Thanks Stu,

Price Drop!!!! just notice that a vendor on Amazon is selling it for 199.95 shipped while amazon is still 226 shipped. I can do it for $190 shipped with the Hoya HMC filter:)

I had a D5000 before and I was stuck on choosing a wide angle lens too, but your kinda limited on choices since the D60 doesnt have an inner focus motor. The Tokina 12-24mm DX II just came out about a year ago with a AFS motor built in. I would buy the Tokina ($499), the one without a motor is $399...All the reviews on the Tokina are ALL postive and many say its almost the same as the Nikon. The Sigma 10-20mm is the next choice at $50 cheaper but I would buy the tokina. For what I have read Tamron isnt good for wide angles

I just bought a Tokina 12-24mm on eBay without the built in motor and used the 10% Bing.com discount and an additional 2% discount from eBates.com. Got a great deal. I got it for $286 after all the discounts. GL, just take your time and you should come on some great deals

Does it have the exact same lens for $200 WITH a high quality UV filter? Also, he already dropped the price $10 because of that vender on amazon. :read:

My apologies to the OP I didn't read his second post about that. And yes I fail at life apparently. GLWS I may have someone who is interested in it.
