How do you get it to be that size? Mine gets shrunk to the same little size everytime I try to upload it, regardless of the size of my original.

I did resize my picture, but it always get reduced to the same size as my current sig, no matter how large I resize it to before uploading it to this site. I'm wondering if there's some sort of filter that reduces it when it's uploaded. Thanks.
