DIY molded screen [Archive]

Hi, just wondering if anyone has any "instructions" on how to flush a screen in the dash. I wanna try to put an 8" screen in the two empty consoles. I'm sure this has already been posted, and suggestions or sites? I can do basic installs, but dont know where to start with the molding process.

FIBERGLASS...I would rec just ordering one from srcstc he does awesome ones...
