As far as i know, you can't transfer a BWM FS lease to another person.
You can add another person to the original lease agreement, but your name is still on it and you're still financially responsible.
Read the fine print, but I'm pretty sure of that.

I just tried to get out of my lease and had a person all lined up, until I read the fine print. You can only cosign another person on the lease and they still have to qualify with as good credit as yours or else the lease payments go up. It was really hard trying find someone with excellent credit like mine. I ended up selling the car and paying the sales tax for the new person to help them out so I lost about 2500 bucks. Best thing you can do is sell it out and pay the tax for someone or get someone to buy it at full private seller price either way you will pay sales taxes twice. All in all I figured I had fun with the car and it cost me 15 dollars a day to use it for less than a year. Your GT3 is my dream car, congratulations.........

Damn I wished I was single. This deal would be very tempting. Free bump.
hi there
what your buy out? i've been debating ordering one at the dealership in that color. so if the price is right maybe we can work something out. i'm pretty sure the above post about leases is correct. my friend tried to past one off.

Yup.. I took over a lease back in June and the guy was still liable up untill i bought out the car last month....Also, I had to pay an application fee to take over the lease. If i remember right it was a few hundred bucks or something..The M3 does sound tempting though. whats the buyout on that car???
Good Luck
