Cool, and good job to you. You beat a lot of more powerful cars.

I don't want to oversell them but you will be happy with the Hoosiers though they are pricey on a runs/$ basis.

Actually BahnBorn Hoosiers are not suitable for the stock suspension, even sport suspension. It's just not, how should I say this, rigid enough to take full advantage of hoosiers. He would be better off going with a very very high performance Kumho or other racing tire than going to slicks. Also, BahnBorn, were u at the Oakland SCCA event? If so, I think you met my friend who has a blue replica 427 Cobra, he is on this board as well as m3man.
BTW incredible job, you are a great driver to be tearing up all those other drivers. I just got into autox and I suck but I get better each event which is encouraging!

Ermm, now that I see past my blindess and see that he is getting coilovers, then Hoosiers might be a good investment...

good job! Just a few tenths off from getting first in the class! More experience and you'll be competing with the z06! ;)

Competing with the zo6? i doubt it, those are fast. We got a couple of short straights where the guys with powerful cars are making up alot of time. But if i can run with a zo6 with my 145rwhp sedan i'll be a happy camper!
I cant wait to get some hoosiers(when my car is setup), ive heard good things, the manufacturer recommends aggressive negative camber (-3.5).
We have 4 more events this summer so ill keep you guys updated on my mission to B class.
