Sending you a message as I need some help
Changed my ac compressor as it was making a knocking sound when turned on. Replaced it with a brand new Denso, changed dryer then took it to my friends shop where we put in 1.63 lbs of R134. No leaks in system and ac blows ice cold. Problem is the compressor is not cycling off. When the plug is pulled off of the high pressure switch the compressor turns off. So I assumed the high pressure switch was bad. Changed switch and the same result, the compressor does not cycle off. Any suggestions in solving this would be welcome.
