Shark chip increases the rev limiter, and throttle response i think. You seem to be going in the direction. Keep it up, and FYI with those HR Race springs you'll eventually have to get new struts/shocks. With HR race springs they keep suspension compressed all the time wearing them out quicker. Car is gonna look slammed though. Would suggest Mtech II front/rear bumpers

How much of a difference did you notice with the shark chip and what brand did you get? So far i've went with the race headers, Borla exhaust and I'm thinking about going with the H&R racing springs and ECIS intake.

I havent done much to the exterior besides lowering it (UUC Springs), ACS roof and truck lip, tinted windows. Interior I swapped out the wood interior trim, and put in carbon fiber trim. ZHP shift knob, black leather shift boot and ebrake boots, hardwire valentine radar with ashtray conceal display. To the engine: ECIS cold air intake, and shark chip. There are dozens of mods to do for your e46, too many to type out with too many vendors who supply parts. I only have a couple mods left to do before i stop: ACS wheels, mtech II body parts, and catback system and I will stop. Hope it helps
