The lines for the electronics had to be cut, and all the equipment for the kit was there when me and my buddy took it off his car. damage is not my doing if anything its the shipping company and you need to take it up with them.

You saw a picture of the kit before i sent it and the bottle opener was fine. let me know if you need help with the dispute with the shipping company
