You've got a great start in the way of modernizing the car. Those tails look great. Please keep us BMW guys updated on your progress with the car. I don't make it out to DC much, but next time I'm out there I'll be sure and hit you up.

LMAO. Couldn't agree more! While nice, the Ranges of today are total mommy-mobiles. The P38 just has a much more macho demeanor and, as it was in my price range (couldn't have afforded to pick up a newer one anyhow), I figured it would be fun to spruce one up and try to modernize it. I feel the wheels, tint, xenons, painted grilles, and some of the things I have coming for the interior (GPS in dash) will really do the trick :) We shall see. You ever come out to the nation's capital? If so, beer on me :)

I saw your Range Rover in your sig and read your thread about it, and I must say its a great looking car. The P38 is by far my favorite Range Rover, and so unlike the mommy RRs of today.
