i don't think black will accentuate the deep lips enough.. and won't go the best with your titanium silver color.. hmmmm if you use a black primer and then use coats of silver over that, you can vary the darkness of the wheel. Just try one coat of silver, or at least two, and check out how it looks. It will probably look "hyperdark" or silver, but a dim silver.. the more coats of silver you put on, the brighter it will get.. i dunno, up to you!
