If you can get some computer power supply to get the lights to light up at home that would be GREAT. I don't know how to do it but if you can try to. With that you can just turn on the lights inside of your home in the warmth and see how the light output it. If not just put them into the housing and hold them so they don't fall out, go to your car and light them up. If the cutoff is bad go inside, take out washers and try again. Gets worse then do the reverse.

Ah ok. To test it, is it necessary to reassemble the headlight? And just to be clear, the spacers are to distance the lens housing from then projector assembly?
