I push the CD button twice and nothing happens on my deck. Are you using the ISBM72 model?

when I push the CD button on my head unit it still plays my CD. I plug in the iPhone into the iSimple kit and my iPhone shows its charging and playing but nothing comes out of my head unit or speakers.

Hi I saw your post on the iSimple connection for a pre 2002 E46 without the mode button on the head unit. I have the iSimple ISBM72 for my 2000 E46. I hooked the iSimple to my car but can't access the CD changer mode on my head unit. Do what year is your E46 and how do I access that CD changer mode.
