I am from the bay area california and drove a 1999 323i manual cold weather sport premium for a year and a half before I was forced to sell the car to pay for a d.u.i. I recently got a 2002 330i manual cold weather sport premium with 56k, well it had that much at the end of august now it has 69k. love driving it.

I've had a few issues.

This also happened a bit on my 99, when I brake while turning the wheel i can feel something on the brake pedal, thru my foot, a scraping or rubbing together and it does not sound or feel good. It's just for a second but its obvious.
What is it? This tire is slightly larger than stock and it will not fit. There will be no issues fitting these on a non-M car. I can get pictures but don't have them right now.

These tires have no patches or plugs or chunks taken out of the side wall. They were used for a season and still have a good amount of treadleft. About 1/8th - 3/16th In. ABOVE the treadwear bar.
