It restarts immediately, but as soon as I log in it does the same as before, Im running Windows XP still and havent downloaded... So this truck pulls up real close and starts flashing a super bright light in my car. I look in my rear view to see what's going on and another flash, right in my eyes temporarily blinding me.

I start to get a little :ben: but then I see him flash his red and blue's for a second and turn them off. WTF I'm thinking ... He flashes me a few more times, pissing me off. Then puts on the red and blues again for a second and turns them off again. I pull into the right lane, ready to pull over. He passes me and I mute my music, and through his PA as he drives by I hear "RETARD".

This seriously ticked me off. First off, if you're gonna call someone a retard, at least pronounce it right (rahhhtard). So I pull up behind him .. he wasn't driving a cop car but a truck, somewhat undercover looking but on the rear window was a sticker. I flashed my brights to try to read it, it said "East Coast" something or other, maybe "highway protection"? Couldn't read it. Well after flashing my brights (to try to read the sticker to see who the hell this guy was) he pulls into the right lane, I pass, and he puts his lights on and off again. I slow down to the point where I force him to move to the right and go with him, slowing down and merging to the shoulder getting him to come with me.

I wanted a name to report to whatever agency he works with. He pulls over, puts his lights on, and puts his cabin lights on and looks as though he's writing something/checking something. I roll my window down and waive him over. He sits for about 3 minutes then suddenly races off. I gun it and catch up to him at about 90 mph. He's weaving like an idiot and speeding up so I say F it.. this guys a moron, and he's gonna hurt someone.
