    Hi Raj,
I was hoping you could help? I replaced the vanos seals on my 2004 330ci with 126k miles last night- following your Beisan systems guide. Installation was fine and the car is much more alive, only issue is the VANOS seems to give a single 'knock' when tapping the gas or coming off the gas around 1200k revs.

I've just scanned it with INPA, no codes and the active data says everything is fine, also did a INPA leak down test on the vanos pistons, working as they should be. Any ideas whats up with this now? Would really appreciate some guidance Raj.

    Chris
