    hey BDUB328i,
i am halfway through my s54 swap and was wondering if i could ask some questions regarding your swap. ive read through various forums both that youll need a custom drive shaft, and others saying that i need an m3 driveshaft? can you englihten me and what you did for that? also since the m3 transmission is a bit shorter, did you use an m3 transmissio bracket or did you drill holes with the current transmission bracket? please reply, my mechanic and i are a bit stumped at this point....
    thanks in advance,
    karupu :)

Whether or not you run the wires through it is up to you. It's just a connector.

I did a custom set up. It's straight pipe section 1 then m3 mid pipe then straight pipe then two resonators.
