My mechanic did the job. It can take two days if you work on it continuously but I was missing one part which took a while to get, snow storms, etc. Obstacles he really didn't mention anything being a pain. You just need to run new wiring for the reverse light to come on, code the car, mount everything up and remove the automatic ecu module and that's about it.
