Oh...he's the link to the weather stripping for the upper part. They cut it to the correct size.

Are you talking about the bottom piece or the piece to the side? I bought the bottom piece, but not the side piece. Some guys bought new weather stripping that was similar and replaced the entire upper level. I'm just trying to figure out how to fix the upper weather stripping and weather I should do it at the same time as the bottom (was going to do the bottom first). Wish I had some pics. LOL

    Yo Bro,
I would send you some pictures but I sold that car last month. That little trick worked out very well. I replaced the pieces that run along the outside of the window as they were rotting out. They come right off but scraping the glue off the car is a bitch. They are cheap at the dealer and if your going to take the windows out its a nice cheap improvement. Anyway as far as the other part it worked great and it looked just as good when I sold the car. I got the best garage door weather stripping at Lowes (I think). Used a very small amount like a couple inches then returned it as it was still longer then the stated size. I did open the windows a hand full of times and they stayed right in place. Never leaked or made noise. I use to take that car over 100mph almost daily and up to 150 a couple times and no problems with that weather stripping at all. Im sure you can do it without removing the windows but it makes it easier. Hope this helps
