    Real men work on Sundays and after daylight savings haha. I did all my work for the day already so I have 8 hours left of nothing to do. I love working 4 10 hour shifts though and having three days off every week. What field do you work in?

    Hi dude,

    Kind of hoping for your comment in my ongoing dilemma :P you have been super helpful with this, and basically just wanted to know if i could get them to check anything besides the torque converter from these symptoms,v since they gave supposedly replaced this though I find this hard to believe with such crazy low mileage to a tank still.... they replaced the "rear main seal" which i don't know if that that is the "pump seal". Any advice appreciated so I basically can tell then what to do when I ring them so they actually fix it!! Thanks! My last post follows:

    Hi there! I was reading your post on replacing the fuel pump on your 3 series.. I recently upgraded to an E90 330i, however I'm trying to sell my 318i. It has 235 000km on the clock and for the last 5-10k has been having issues.. It drops RPM (about 1500) rapidly while cruising (or idling), but only for a fraction of a second.. And the engine oil and battery lights come on briefly before going out; more recently though this has been happening and the engine fully turns off and will not start again immediately. You can sit there and try to restart it (sometimes it will go after a few seconds, other times a few minutes). Does this sound like it may be something to do with the fuel pump also? Thanks in advance for your help.
