    Hey Steve,

Thank you for your advice. I'll add slow cardio sessions and see how things go. I'm already carb cycling, higher fats on rest days. Will keep you updated.

P.S. During this time.....lift heavy....lift hard. Try to keep your strength up. Your numbers will decline a bit, but it's worth it for the aesthetic. You can always build once your body fat is low. You won't need to diet as aggressively by then.......only make incremental changes to your diet.

The two cardio sessions a day are enough to ****ing drive you nuts, but the results will come. Understand that you will initially look smaller 'to yourself' as you start to come down in body fat, but as your waist narrows up, you drop body fat off your thighs, hips and chest, you'll start to see the light. Be patient. I guarantee that you'll see more bodily changes in 2 months than you did during your entire 6 month stint.

z00...here's my advice, or rather how I'd approach it in your situation. I'd do 45 minutes of fasted cardio in the morning....low intensity, no food in your stomach. The key here is low intensity.....low intensity z00. I know you like to go balls out. ;) Reduce your calories by 200 a day (..this means that you need to weigh your food and keep tabs of exactly what you're eating). Workout, and perform 45 minutes of cardio following your workouts (and after a re-feed; I usually will scarf down a couple of cans of tuna and 15 Ritz crackers immediately after my workout, then jump on the stairclimber for another low 45 minute low intensity session). I'll eat again following my cardio. On my off days, I carb cycle low carbs....higher in fats. On my workout days, I eat more carbs and consume less fats. That's enough to get you going.
