I have a blown m56. can i bolt in a 2.5 m54? or 3.0 m54? overheated bad. i would like to just swap out the head and block (short block) what issues do you think i would have? obviously i want the 3.0. but what would i have to do. software change to make the 3.0 run correctly?

Im sorry to bother, however i need your help concerning the m56 325i bmw Fuel Pump, i had trouble with the pump and it requires changing. However since changing means change the whole fuel tank it costs about 5000 from the BMW dealer where i live. The Car is current broken and i cant drive it anymore. So i am searching for alternative solutions, and you seem to have faced the same issue before. Does changing the fuel pump to a non sulev adequate one will work, knowing that you should cut the fuel pump to do so. I need your help.

I got it from Euro-Spec. Fits fine. I don't have any current pics of it installed. Euro-Spec has some pics on their page. Make sure you have it in stock and ready to ship before you order. I waited months when they first came out.
