    No, I mean the bin near the firewall where the positive battery terminal is located. It's empty from the factory on LHD US cars with DSC Mk60.
    You will probably not be able to use that space since I think your brake booster is there if your car is RHD for Australia.
    So yes, you will probably have to remove the brake duct or try and fit an M3 air duct if you want to put the washer fluid bottle behind the bumper.

    Hi there. For LHD E46s with DSC Mk60 (i.e. empty bin on the right side), the washer bottle can be mounted there by fabricating a bracket. I'm not sure how easy this is for a RHD Australian car.
    Otherwise, you'll need a different bottle or you will have to find another way to mount the bottle behind the bumper. Good luck!
