Thanks for the reply. Always appreciate your responses on this site. The shop is insisting all 4-5 installations of clutches are perfect (of course). How would I know if the wrong or faulty throw out bearing was used?

So maybe motor mounts, crank pulley, flex disc as other possibilities?

Will probably order the stock clutch, mate it up with the new OEM DMF already installed and see where I stand?

This is not fun. It's one thing if you do the work and it gets mucked up. If someplace that guarantees their work gives you back a car that's all buggered up.... Where do you go?

was wondering if you'd be available to talk to my mechanic(father-in-law) and briefly describe how you replaced the cv joint on the driveshaft.

Were you in Austin last weekend? I saw a red ZHP with license plate TX ZHP and I'm trying to figure out if it was someone on the forum. If it was you, then I was in the white 330ci ZHP you passed on 360 just north of Bee Caves. :)

Hey Darren, hows it going? Been a while, I just got my car on the road after nearly a year, hows your ZHP doing? Ever get the clutch sorted out?

Hey man. I might have to break down and borrow your RTAB tool. After a month, they urethane bushings have started to make noise again. I thought I was free and clear. I'm kinda tired of re-lubing them. It's not exactly a fun job. Anyway, just making sure you still have it. I'm going to order some M3 bushings and pick up some limiters from Terry.

    Let me know!
