It was done by the dealer. The car was under warranty at the time.

Thanks! I think i am gonna go with Bilsteins as well and just avoid Riverside. Turnermotorsports said "Koni's are for VW" and "Bilsteins for BMW"!

    Hey (Joe?),

I can say that they're quite nice and i really enjoy the feel of the road they provide me. Most of the time.

I now avoid riverside as much as I can because although I like the road feel, riverside is just uncomfortable. I would also avoid driving on the inner lanes of baseline since they did some man-hole cover work and their paving is uneven.

I hear that the Koni's provide a little softer feel while still performing just as well. You may want to spend a little extra to get those.

    Hey Poon Stick:

Noticed on your signature that you have Bilstein sports installed. I have a 330ci zhp and its in need for shocks. So I wanted to get some first hand experience from you on these shocks.

How would you compare the comfort and performance in Ottawa roads (I travel on riverside drive a lot and its full of bumps that jolts the car unlike anything i have seen).

    Thanks.
