I just installed the M3 Style dead pedal in my 2004 330xi. Your pictures and written instructions were invaluable. I did flub Step 11 and had to redo that part this morning, necessitating taking the under dash panel loose again.
In addition to the black dead pedal for sedans you’ve already listed here are the PNs for the other colors:
