I was paranoid last night that they were gonna look like crap since there were some tiny air bubbles, but I think the heat took care of most of them. The rest, I'm just gonna poke with a pin needle or my x-acto knife. The only other spot where you can see an imperfection is the top left of the headunit... But overall, I'm extremely happy with the new look

Thanks guys. I bought my vinyl from Don Nguyen from here: http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=715981&highlight=

Best prices hands down for vinyl, and fast shipping too, tell him that I sent ya lol. I don't have a diy on how to do this but I can try to make one.. It's just a very time consuming process after you get the hang of how to use vinyl. I used the DIY here to take the trim apart, http://www.e46fanatics.com/howto/howtodetail.php?howto_id=25. The hardest pieces to remove are the big piece on the passenger side of the dash and the little piece above the headlight switch. Other than that, it's pretty straight forward. Just make sure to clean each piece with some windex or glass cleaner first and let it dry before applying the vinyl.
