LED fog lights
Does anyone have these in their fog lights? Pictures will help.

I'm interested to hear feedback on LED fog light bulbs (9006), curious if there are bright enough bulbs out these days. Needs to be 1000+ lumens IMO to be comparable to stock halogen bulbs.

According to the reviews on Amazon, they probably won't put out enough light. I would look elsewhere.

Been discussed before and determined that they suck. Stick with halogen bulbs.

yep they blow a solid one.. tried these in my truck.... they give ohhh 1/4th the light, and the light source is at a complete different focal point than a bulbs filament would be... for a show car sitting in a booth sure... but for real life heck no.... if anything get a HID retrofit for your fogs, that should brighten it up and give you a good deal more output in any color you wish... I prefer 6000k

Look into the new V-LED Cree CXA led headlamp bulbs. Rated at 1500 lumens. A friend has these low/hi on his subaru and they are much brighter then his generic halogens.

I looked for a long time since I wanted to match the color of the fogs to the headlights. Finally tried some 9006 hi watt led I found on eBay. They are plenty bright, and match the white dolor fine, but the issue is I no longer have fogs, what I have is bright white auxiliary front lights. The pattern is completely messed up, not hazardous to others but just not focused as the led emission point does not match the reflector design. The light does not scatter to the side as a fog should' and it is not brought on the ground immediately in front of the car. Have not decided what I am going to do on this point. I have also noted buzzing sound onmy USA spec iPod device when the fogs are on,but I also have two other sets of led lights on the car, backups and corners. Buzzing happens only when fogs or corners are on.
