Interior plastic film on windshield...HELP!
1 Attachment(s)
HI-I have an immaculate 2000 323 convertible and my biggest problem is removing the film left on the windshield after sitting in sun with car closed up. i have tried straight vinegar, off the shelf products, etc-find myself cleaning 3-5 times to get film off( most products just move it around!) who out there has either a home remedy or has found a on the shelf product that works? i'm really frustrated with this!
Thanks for any guidance here!

Wait til sundown, then wash thoroughly with glass cleaner (I like Invisible Glass but only because the catchy name; they're all the same). After that, re-wash with lots of distilled water and dry with a new (not previously washed) microfiber towel.

Two microfiber towels (waffle weave work best). Spray the cleaner onto the towel and clean the window. Use the other clean towel to buff the window. You shouldn't get a film. Are you using any type of product on the dash that when heated is filming your window?
