My AA supercharger bit the dust.....

I'm guessing it blew a seal inside or something because all of a sudden it locked up and when I checked the oil reservoir it was empty. I had just checked the fluids and topped it off a few days prior. This sucks :(

Let me guess. HKS blower... If there is no physical external leaks to be found... all the fluid has bled into your intake tract and engine now.

If it is indeed the blower, check if AA can warranty anything for ya

Idk if any kind of warranty covers it. It's not like I can prove I kept the fluids full.

Sorry to hear your blower has seized. Please give me a call at 305-233-9300 Ext # 4 and I will try to get a new blower for your E46.

It's imperative to check fluid levels and belt cracking continuously to preventive maintenance not just for S/C applications but in general for all E46's. :hi:

The only reason I didn't get an AA stage 2 kit was because they use Rotrex/HKS.

3,000 price tag isn't that superb though

Im sure you could find someone to rebuild it. I just bought a used AA kit today actually and I am praying all will go with it but I know I can rebuild it if needed for cheaper than a new one.
