dealship chipped my new rims!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 

anyone have any experiance with this . did they buy you a new rim? the rims are 4 days old. im going down there tommorrow i left a message for the manager today.

I had the experance with them the sale person chipped my rims after i brought it back to fix the spare tire.
They won't pay for your rims.... they said "o well that is the spare tire u won't use it all the time and you never gonna see it...." what a sale person....

and that happened to my when i just picked up me car for a week!!!! holly momo!!!!!

They scratched all my rimz...so i told them and they apoligized and payed for each rim...My dealership is good to me...

yea well they would not give me a new rim . they just gave me a free detail. he said that the chip could have happened at any time , i told him they were brand new and i checked them before i left the car with him and his response was only if we did it i would fit it , but it cold of happen anytime. i was very dissappointed. to m that is not how busniess should be conducted.

They did with their car wash...

a car wash can scarched your rims?? how come i dun get it...a car wash....with water? or the way they dry it?
my dealership did a touchless wash to my car after i got fixed sth. or oil change.

like you know how you go into a gas station car wash?...itz like that...you stop and go onto their little platform...and it moves your car...I had 19inch rimz...so they scratched em...Does that make sence?...

hmm...how do i explain this...

Like you pull up to the car wash...they tell you to pull up onto the carrying thing thats on the floor...then you put your car in neutral...and the carrying thing takes you slowly through the car wash...it like holds your wheels...

I really dont know how to explain this...sorry...i tried my best...

no, no, no.... I know how it works, but how can you put your beautiful car thru that scratch machine??

scratch machine?? it won't scarch your car if you get the touchless wash...:tongue: correct me if i'm wrong :thumbup:
I know some car wash have the cloth thing i know that for sure will scarch your car! so i NEVER go there! but i saw ppl go there for wash :cry: :dunno:

I didnt...Dealership did...i told them not to wash it...even put a sign up...guess they didnt read it...

Ya! they never listen to customers, they have there way to do it! :mad:
