Cottage cheese with some natural pb, or almonds

325rider 08-13-2006 01:20 AM

Im allergic to almonds, pears, apples, grapes, peaches, because they all make my throat itchy and irritated. I can do almost all other nuts and fruits. The last time i ate a full apple was in 6th grade. The worst hour of my life. ANYONE HEARD OF THIS.....?

Surkol M 08-13-2006 03:00 AM

apples, peaches, and certain types of cherries used to bother me. I guess I ate enough to get used to them. They don't bother me anymore.

325rider 08-13-2006 03:45 AM

hrm. GOOD TO KNOW....ya, it started when i was like 11 and hasnt stopped since

I get a deal on MHP's whey/casein blend and it is absolutely delicious when mixed with milk. If I didn't know any better about nutrition, I'd seriously have these shakes for every meal everyday.

Yeah, some of the shakes I make are sooooo good! I'd rather have my breakfast shake (whey, oats, banana, milk) than any other ice cream shake or dessert meal out there.

Is it OK to have casein with milk, I'd think it'd be too high calorie. HOw does it taste with water?
